Take a bowl add milk powder ,cornflour mix add milk and make a dough.Keep rest for 10 minutes.
Take a wok add sugar and water add cardamom and make a sugar syrup.
Take a wok add ghee,then ghee hot gas is sim.
Then make a balls and one raisin press in ball seal and make a proper balls and fry for dark brown color.
All gulab jamun add in sugar syrup and cover with lid.
After 2 hours gulab jamun absorb sugar syrup and size is double.
Powder milk gulab jamun is ready.
